Enterprise-grade closing · for high-ticket offers

The leads keep coming.
The deals keep not closing.

Your ads run. Your calendar fills. And the calls end the same way every time — “Great call — let me think about it.” That sentence is the most expensive one in your business.

You already know this story

Monday, 9:14am.

Your dashboard says six calls booked this week. The ads are running — you checked the spend before your coffee. The funnel works. It’s always worked. Getting people onto calls was never the problem.

Tuesday, 2pm. Call one: no-show. Call two: lovely person, wrong situation, eight minutes, gone. Wednesday’s calls go better — nice conversations, good energy, “send me the info and I’ll come back to you.” You hear yourself say “of course.” You’ve stopped counting how many times you’ve sent that info.

Thursday, the big one. The perfect lead. The exact avatar. Forty minutes, laughing, engaged — and then, at the money: “It’s a lot… let me talk to my husband.”

So Friday you do what founders do: you take the best call yourself. Again. Because the last closer you hired was charming for three weeks, burned four grand of ad spend, and left for a “better opportunity.” The one before that needed “better leads.” Everyone needs better leads. Nobody closes.

The quiet Friday math
Every booked call cost you £100+ in ad spend before anyone said hello. At the close rate you’re actually getting, half your ad budget is a donation — leads that booked, talked, and left. Scale that by every week you “fix the ads instead.”

And the worst part isn’t the money. It’s that you know — you know — the demand is there. The testimonials are real. The offer genuinely works. Women and owners who buy get results. The machine is fine. The last mile is broken.

It’s not a hiring problem. It’s not a lead problem.
It’s a conversation problem — and it compounds quietly, one “let me think about it” at a time.

The turn

After 20 years on every side of this problem, I can tell you exactly where the deals are dying.

It’s almost never the leads. It’s the first forty minutes of the call — the discovery nobody ran, the gap nobody quantified, the real objection nobody isolated. A close is a conclusion. When it doesn’t happen, something upstream didn’t happen first.

Who’s taking your calls

Jamie Sonnex — on a first-name basis with every seat at this table.

i.

The closer

20+ years. £1.5m largest deal at BT; 24 enterprise deals averaging ~$100k; a 1-in-3 close ratio held for a full year at 100% of target.

ii.

The coach

Think Tank Australia: closed 100 business owners into $10k-a-year coaching programs, then trained owners myself in prospecting, pricing and closing.

iii.

The builder

I built the funnel, not just the pipeline — platform, automation, launch: 232 course sales in four months. I know what every lead cost you.

iv.

The buyer

I’ve held the £2m programme budget on the other side of the table, choosing suppliers. I know the exact moment an owner decides to trust you — because I’ve been the one deciding.

“I sell the way I wanted to be sold to. That’s not a slogan — it’s a specification, learned from the most expensive seat in the room.”

The Closing Room
The standard

How I close — the whole method in four lines.

Beat 1–3

Diagnosis before prescription

I win the sale in the first forty minutes: your prospect’s numbers said back, the gap quantified and multiplied, the problem named in one sentence they’ll repeat to their spouse.

Beat 5

Isolate before answering

“Let me think about it” is three fears wearing one coat. I agree, isolate the real one — money, trust, or the partner — and deal with the true objection, not the polite one.

Beat 7

The offer has to work unlocked

No traps, no dependency, no pressure. If it’s not right for them, I say so — because a close won under pressure is a refund in transit, and clawbacks eat everyone’s margin.

The result

My closes stay sold

Low refunds, clean handovers, clients who renew — because the expectations set on the call are expectations delivery can actually meet. I was the coach who had to deliver what closers promised.

Real engagements

How the work arrived.

Start to finish: how the client was found, the need proved, the option proposed, the work delivered.

✓ What the 20 minutes is

You bring your numbers — calls per week, show rate, close rate, offer price. I’ll tell you where the revenue is leaking and what it’s worth. If I can’t help, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

✗ What it isn’t

A pitch. There’s nothing to buy on the call except a decision — and you’ll know inside ten minutes whether I’m your closer.

The Close Deal
Give me 30 calls at your current close rate. Pay me on the close.
  • Your current numbers become the baseline — measured, not guessed
  • Performance-based: the risk sits with me, not your budget
  • Full call recordings, daily reporting, clean CRM — you see everything
  • If the close doesn’t come, you’ve lost nothing but 30 leads you were losing anyway

Let’s make it pay.

The leads are coming either way. The only question is who’s answering them — and whether this quarter’s “let me think about it”s turn into contracts.
